Getting ready for the launch of my next book, which is (as far as I can tell) the first technological history of Hollywood, from Thomas Edison to Steve Jobs, Kinetoscope to iPod. I'm also in the midst of helping to assemble the agenda for the eighth edition of Future Forward, which will be held on November 19th, and laying the groundwork for a new gathering, "The Conversation: New Distribution Channels, New Tools, and the Future of Visual Storytelling" at UC/Berkeley in October.
If you're trying to contact me, that information is here. (E-mail is always best, unless it's exceedingly time-sensitive.)
